Enabling Fiberization: Creating Networks For The Future

Wednesday, July 8, 2020, 3:00 PM IST / 10:30 AM London

Summary

Data consumption is growing rapidly, whether it is at home, in the workplace or on the move. Disruptive events (such as the current crisis) result in significant traffic bursts and demand for data. With economic activity depending more than ever on digital infrastructure, investments in network rollout will accelerate.
The number of network end points will surge due to increasing FTTx penetration, 5G and IoT. All this will require deep fiberisation and high densification of the network.
In this webinar, we will address key focus areas for Fast and First-Time-Right fibre roll-out, including:

  • How telecom network is evolving to meet exponential data consumption
  • Need of deeper and denser fiberization
  • Future proofing with bend insensitive fibres and high density cables
