Across the country, local, state and federal initiatives are backing broadband for rural communities. While this effort to connect the unconnected has been underway for decades, the technology, services and economics to scale this critical infrastructure is not just catching up-it’s thinking forward.
In this session, we’ll hear from industry leaders on the technology and service delivery fronts to share their perspectives, experience and advice around why rural broadband is so important and what solutions are needed to speed service delivery.
Our conversation will cover:
How rural broadband service has evolved in the United States
What has been learned to help manage cost and deliver the best service
Advancements in technology and service delivery in response to unserved and underserved communities
