Given the exponential rise in the number of users, devices per user, and data per device, high-speed data connectivity is today a basic need. To serve this need, governments and service providers world over are investing in dense fiberisation for back-haul and last-mile connectivity. Yet, there are numerous deployment challenges that need to be addressed.
In this webinar, K.S. Rao, CEO - Telecom Services Business, Sterlite Tech, will discuss:
• Need for high fiberisation – Fibre is getting closer to the user
• Real-time challenges of fibre roll outs in India
• Best deployment practices for fibre roll outs
• Why fibre should only be deployed by experts
KS joined Sterlite Tech in 1993 to set up the Company’s optical-fibre cable plant in Aurangabad and soon became instrumental in growing its fibre, cables and services business in India, China and Brazil.
