In the optical connectivity realm, Accellus offers a platform (Programmable FTTx) that is entirely virtualized OLT [optical line termination] and ONT [optical network terminal] software stack integrated with white box solutions, to support fiber to the home or enterprise. This solution is open source compliant and now in active trials with Tier 1 operators across the globe.
On the wireless side, Accellus offers COTS [commercial off-the-shelf] based open and virtualized RAN solutions, that can host both 4G and 5G concurrently. This includes macro radios, small cells, Wi-Fi 6 access points and an O-RAN compliant RAN Intelligent Controller. Furthermore, we have uniquely tapped into the burgeoning start-up ecosystem to conceptualize, design, and manufacture 5G radios entirely indigenously. With our recent product launches around indoor small cells, multiband radio, Wi-Fi 6 access solutions, we are well poised to deliver cutting-edge wireless, open and programmable solutions to telcos and network players across the world.

Meta's Evenstar program is aimed to greatly accelerate open and programmable networks, helping network operators build more affordable and higher quality internet for everyone. Their team of partners in product innovation are helping scale open RAN globally, reduce cost, improve time to market. The program also increases flexibility for operators to choose best-of-breed components, drives innovation in the RAN ecosystem, creates new use cases and revenue opportunities for partners, and lowers RAN total cost of ownership (TCO).
What's next for Evenstar
The program is focused on expanding RU deployments and upcoming DU and Massive MIMO products. The program is also collaborating with key silicon component providers that will further optimize cost and drive power efficiencies.
